WHY ARE WE HERE???

We are the creation of God almighty. Do you ever find yourself asking; Why am I here? What is my purpose is life? Well, our purpose is simple; we were created by God to fellowship with Him, to be His family. So, He (God) and Christ created men and women. Unfortunately, Satan was already on the planet as well, and as we know from reading the bible the serpent tricked Adam and Eve and in their disobedience to God they sinned. Now in doing this, God could no longer fellowship with them and so they were cast out of the Garden of Eden for their punishment. Now, remember, it is still God's desire to have fellowship with us. God loves us so much, even though because of Adam and Eve's sin we are all considered (Sinners). He (God) has sent His only begotten son into the world for mankind.

  John 3:16

 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not   perish, but have everlasting life.

  Now, the whole purpose for God sending His son Jesus into the world was to "bridge" the gap so to speak. God needed a way to be able to fellowship with us again and He (God) would only be able to do that thru Jesus. How you may ask? How God was able to do this? Well, Jesus was miraculously conceived by The Holy Spirit to the Virgin Mary who gave birth to Him. Jesus led a sinless life, teaching and preaching to people the ways of God. Ultimately He (Jesus) would give up His life on the cross so you and I could have life. How is this possible? I am glad you asked. The only way in which we could have fellowship with God now would be thru His son Jesus, now in order for that to happen Jesus had to die on the cross for everyone’s sins, and in His death to the flesh on the cross His (Holy Spirit) the spirit that God placed in Him would be available to any one who was willing to repent and asked for it. You see, this experience is called the "Baptism of the “Holy Spirit" this is how we receive salvation, God's words say:

John 14:6 

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

  So you see there is no other way to get to God, except thru His Son Jesus.

John 3

¹NOW THERE was a certain man among the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler (a leader, an authority) among the Jews,

    ²Who came to Jesus at night and said to Him, Rabbi, we know and are certain that You have come from God [as] a Teacher; for no one can do these signs (these wonderworks, these miracles--and produce the proofs) that You do unless God is with him.

    ³Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God.

    ⁴Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter his mother's womb again and be born?

    ⁵Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and [^[a]even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God. ^(A)

    ⁶What is born of [from] the flesh is flesh [of the physical is physical]; and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.

    ⁷Marvel not [do not be surprised, astonished] at My telling you, You must all be born anew (from above).
