• Secondly, you must confess your sin and take reponsibility for your disobedience,rebellion, and sin.

You see we are (all) sinners, everyone, before we come to Christ. But, as we see in 1 John 1:9 " If we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
 

• Thirdly, you need to confess that Jesus is God, God the Father, God the Son, Jesus and God are one God. But also you need to invite Him in.

I would suggest that you say a little pray something like this, Dear God, I need to be born again.I know I am a sinner and I want to be cleansed of my sin.Thank you for sending Jesus to die for me.Forgive me of my sin and make me clean.I invite you Jesus your Holy Spirit to come and make your home in my heart and my life to be my savior and my Lord,.Baptize me with your Holy Spirit.Amen

You see it is not enough to just believe that Jesus lived and walked on the earth. It was His death, burial and resurrection from the grave that proved He was the Son of God and gave Him power and authority over sin and death.
Now lastly it is important that you spend time reading your bible and getting to know Jesus.( Start with Johns' Gospel)
Then make time for prayer, and worship, as with any relationship you need to put the time and effort into this relationship.
Then ask the Lord to lead you to a Bible believing church, then you can also fellowship with other Christians.

YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE CHRISTLIKE WITHOUT THE INDWELLING CHRIST LIVING INSIDE OF YOU!
